At Bow Bae, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and we're here to help. Please review our policy carefully for both domestic and international orders.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality control reasons, caps, accessories, and intimate wear (if applicable) are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Products that are used, washed, damaged, altered, or returned without their original tags and packaging will also not be accepted.

1. General Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must:

• Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
• Have the request raised within 7 days of delivery.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not qualify for return or exchange and will be sent back to the customer.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

• Visit our Exchange Portal (if available).
• Alternatively, email us at hello.bowbae@gmail.com or contact us on our official WhatsApp support.
• Once your request is approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup within 2–3 working days.
• For exchanges, pay the ₹120 reverse pickup fee using the payment link shared by our team and send the payment confirmation if requested.
• Hand over the item to the courier in its original outer packaging (bag/box).

Important Note on Pickups

Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your pin code.

If reverse pickup is unavailable, you will be required to ship the product to our warehouse using a reliable courier service.

If a scheduled pickup is not completed within 24–48 hours after approval, please contact our support team immediately.

3. Refund Policy (Store Credit Only)

• We do not offer monetary refunds (bank transfer, UPI, card reversal, etc.) for standard returns.
• Approved returns will be issued as Store Credit.
• A ₹120 reverse pickup charge will be deducted from the Store Credit amount.
• Store Credit will be shared via your registered email after the returned product passes our quality inspection.
• Store Credit is valid for one-time use exclusively on Bow Bae's official website.

4. Wrong, Missing or Defective Products

If you receive:

• Wrong size
• Wrong product
• Missing item
• Manufacturing defect

Please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

You must provide:

• A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video
• Your Order ID
• Clear images (if requested)

After verification, Bow Bae will arrange a free pickup and dispatch the correct replacement at no additional cost.

5. Exchange Delivery Timeline

After we receive and inspect the returned product, your replacement order will be dispatched.

• Metro Cities: 4–5 working days
• Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 working days

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Returns & Exchanges

We currently do not accept standard returns or exchanges for international orders.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please email hello.bowbae@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your shipment.

Refunds

For verified manufacturing defects, the product value (excluding shipping charges) will be refunded to the original payment method.

WASH CARE INSTRUCTIONS

To keep your Bow Bae garments looking their best, please follow these care instructions.

Fabric Type	Washing Instructions	Drying & Ironing
Cotton & Cotton Blends	Machine wash cold (30°C or below) with similar colours. Wash inside out using a mild detergent. Do not bleach.	Air dry or tumble dry on low heat. Iron on low heat if required. Avoid ironing directly on prints.
Cotton Terry	Machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water. Wash inside out.	Air dry preferred. Tumble dry on low if necessary. Avoid excessive heat.
Acid Wash Garments	Wash separately for the first few washes. Use cold water and mild detergent.	Dry in shade. Do not use bleach. Do not scrub or wring aggressively.
Printed Garments	Turn inside out before washing. Avoid harsh detergents and bleach.	Do not iron directly over the print. Air dry for longer print life.
